Orders over $75 ship for free. All other orders ship for just $5.99, with the exception of some furniture or larger items, which may have higher shipping charges. All shipping charges will be shown at checkout before your order is finalized.
Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges:
We stand behind the quality of every product we sell and we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are less than satisfied with anything you order from TheGreenLifeCo.com you may exchange it or return it within 30 days for a full refund. All shipping costs (including original shipping charges) related to a return are the responsibility of the customer.
Wrong, Defective or Damaged Items:
If we shipped you the wrong item, we apologize for our mistake. We will pay for the return shipping as well as the shipment of the replacement. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a return authorization number and return postage.
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us at email@example.com for a return authorization number and return postage within 30 days of receipt. We will replace the damaged item or refund your full purchase price, upon receipt of the damaged or defective item.
Sun Mar Products Return Policy:
We only accept returns of items that are brand new and have not been installed. Please note that there is a 20% restocking fee on all returns. You are responsible for return shipping charges. Please contact us for specific shipping instructions. Upon receipt of the returned item(s), you may receive a refund up of 70% of the cost of the product(s) returned, depending on condition. If you paid any shipping charges on your order, those are non-refundable.

When returning goods, please use a service that allows you to track your shipment, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost during return shipment. All items must be returned in saleable condition and in the original packaging for a full refund. Due to health regulations, items such as pillows, mattresses, bedding, towels, personal care products, baby products and cosmetics may not be returnable. Special order items cannot be returned as they are ordered or are made just for you. Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. In the event that an item is not immediately available, we will contact you before processing your order. We reserve the right to substitute shipping methods if the delivery time is the same or faster, as the method you originally selected. The delivery dates shown at checkout are only estimates. If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us prior to placing your order to verify that the item you need is available and can be delivered by the required date.
The $5.99 "Ground Mail Flat Rate" shipping option is usually fulfilled through USPS Priority Mail, but depending on the size or weight of the order, may be filled by a more economical service. The average delivery time for this service is 3-5 business days.
The Green Life is committed to reducing waste wherever possible. You will most likely receive your order in a pre-used box. If not, it will be in a box made of recycled materials. All packing materials are either pre-used or recycled and we encourage you to save these materials for your own future use.
